At E&I Helping Hands' our mission is to provide quality health care and other services to individuals with mental retardation while empowering them to gain independance and maximizing there potentail.  We provide trained, professional, caring staff that will provide for there needs in a confidential setting.  The individual and there family or significant others are encouraged to be involved in the treatment planning process.
